About
Do you feel stuck or lost? Are you burnt out and overwhelmed? Maybe you feel like you've tried everything and you're still anxious or depressed. No matter where you are, change is possible. I specialize in counseling women through life's changes like difficult relationships, grief, anxiety, depression, career changes, and compassion fatigue. I have special training in perinatal mental health counseling to support women experiencing postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety.
I'm here to help you create a space full of compassion where you can be your truest self. Using a holistic approach, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, and emotional regulation practice to help you break unhelpful patterns and live a life of purpose and joy. Thriving is possible for everyone!
I'm passionate about holding space for women and offering hope. Through an environment of unconditional acceptance and compassion, I can be present with you as you heal and grow. If you're ready to take steps towards change, contact me for a free consultation.
