Postpartum New Working Moms

Dr. Shin Ock Ock

These limited-enrollment virtual therapy groups are open to new mothers who plan to return to their careers after leave. With the guidance of Dr. Ock, members will CONNECT with fellow new moms, SUPPORT their postpartum mental health, ADAPT to challenges, PREPARE to return to work, and THRIVE in the fullness of motherhood. Each small group runs for 10 weeks, and meets weekly for 90 minutes.
