I help men in recovery heal from unresolved trauma so they can move forward and live the life their recovery makes possible. You've done the work. You got sober, maybe found a program, rebuilt some of what you lost. But something still feels unresolved. I use EMDR and ACT to help men in recovery process unresolved trauma and build real tools for what still shows up. I'm an LCSW with 15+ years of experience. I've been in recovery myself for over 20 years. I know this territory from the inside, and I bring that to the work. I'm inclusive, affirming, and honor what matters most to you. Online in FL and ME.
