Couples Therapy Group: From Conflict to Connection
The curriculum is guided and influenced by the renowned Gottman Institute. After 8 weeks, you and your partner will know how to: Identify your feelings and experiences around uncomfortable issues Create a safe space to share concerns Handle recurring conflicts Take healthy breaks from conversations Implement fun and adventure to build connection and intimacy. Group size: 3 couples Investment: $480/couple for all 8 sessions ($60/session). Fees may be paid together, as a couple, or separately. Credit card accepted. Starts Aug 6. Interested?
