I am a certified LPC supervisor and owner of Sanctuary Counseling. I love working with couples that bring any and all concerns to the table, its very rewarding to watch a couple turn from resentment and fear towards intentional love and fulfillment. I also enjoy working with adults to help them identify and meet their goals, often diving into how they are getting in their own way, with the result of them finding a stronger and healthier version of themselves.
I have training in systems and family theories, parenting, marriage therapy, sex therapy, depression, anxiety, anger, and existential concerns. I have crisis experience both personally and professionally. I am a counselor to counselors and pastors
I have been married for 18 years and have 5 beautiful children. We have had our own share of drastic life and marital crisis. My Bachelors is in Biblical Studies, I have a mostly completed Masters in Video Game development along with years of IT work. I am a gamer, dabbling philosopher, and amateur chef.
