Through Coaching and/ or Counseling we will follow a process to get through unproductive habits or unresolved trauma patterns that often leads to being stuck in despair.

I can connect for a session while you are in the comfort of your own space. I use different therapeutic modalities to get to the Soul of who you that allows you to discover new possibilities.
