Hi, I’m Shiloh. I’m a native Texan, Navy veteran, and explorer at heart who feels deeply called to the work of healing and growth. I work with adults who feel disconnected from themselves, unsure of their voice, or stuck in patterns that leave them feeling small or powerless. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but carry the quiet weight of trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt internally. If you struggle with people-pleasing, weak boundaries, or a constant sense of second-guessing yourself, you are not alone.
Trauma — whether acute or relational — can shape how we see ourselves and what we believe we’re allowed to want. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel safe, and begin reconnecting with your sense of self, inner authority, and choice. You don't need to have every thing figured out- we meet exactly where you are.
