I'm interested in supporting those who are struggling with depression, sexuality issues, anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. I like to help my clients better explore and understand their own lives! I encourage my clients to harbor a growth mindset and meet the client where they are to help them to reach their own goals. I grant space for my clients to be their authentic self and what that means for them!
I provide unconditional positive regard, empathy, and compassion for all my clients. I believe that you know yourself best! I allow you space to reflect on your own experiences to help you lean into your most authentic self. I will work with you to cater to your needs as your time is meant for you!
