Starting counseling is an important step toward your healing journey. It reflects courage, growth, and a desire for change even when life feels overwhelming. Living in survival mode can lead to feeling lost, disconnected, misunderstood, and alone. I support adults 18+ in navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship wounds, suicide, and domestic violence. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space using a trauma-informed, affirming, and multicultural framework. I value the culture, identity, and lived experiences have on healing and self-discovery.
I have 14+ years of extensive training and experience supporting survivors of trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault. With 9+ years of formal suicide prevention training and certification, I understand the emotional safety needed to help you at your most vulnerable moments.
Therapy can gently move you from surviving to self-understanding. Together, we can work toward clarity, healthy relationships, peace, stability, self-trust, and reconnection with your authentic self.
