I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma, school-related stress, and life transitions. My approach is warm, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help children and teens regulate emotions, improve behavior, develop healthy coping skills, build self-confidence, and strengthen relationships with family and peers.
