With my many years of experience in a variety of settings, I am adept at meeting a client right where they are on this personal and unique journey. I find creative solutions through person-centered, strengths-based, goal-oriented approaches and techniques, which ensures success.
I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, which addresses such challenges as self-harm as well as childhood and adulthood trauma. Together, we will find you success through mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation skills.
