Sometimes life looks full from the outside while inside you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, shut down, or unlike yourself. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents navigating trauma (including sexual trauma), PTSD, burnout, vaginismus, sexual or relationship concerns, anxiety, OCD, and major life transitions. My clients include professionals, medical clinicians and first reponders, executives, creatives, students, and people whose lives do not fit neatly into a box. Together, we uncover what keeps you stuck, reduce shame and distress, and create meaningful change in how you feel, connect, and move through the world.
I’m passionate about treating trauma and PTSD, vaginismus, sexual and relationship concerns, anxiety, and OCD. My background spans correctional mental health, pediatric and integrated care, executive coaching, and private practice. I draw from exposure-based therapies, CBT, Gottman, and AASECT-informed care. My style is engaged, warm, direct, and curious.
