Navigating various relationships, parenting issues, a crisis or trauma in life can be extremely challenging. In overwhelming times, we often struggle to find the authentic support we seek through our journey. The choice to pursue healing and personal growth through counseling takes a tremendous amount of courage, and I greatly value and appreciate each interaction with my clients for this strength. It is my privilege to provide a safe, accepting and warm environment where we travel alongside each other in your unique experience.

I am an L.P.C. Candidate and hold an M.Ed. in Applied Behavioral Studies. My experiences as a foster, adoptive and birth parent, and former clinician in the criminal justice system, have resulted in a focus on PTSD, trauma-informed care, spectrum related disorders, emotional disturbance and sexual issues help to inform my understanding as I walk with you.

My goal is to facilitate the joint process in which one can express their worry, anger, loss of hope, stress and sadness, while gaining the insight essential to moving towards a more passionate, happy and fulfilling life.
