I further use evidence-based therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to name a few.
These techniques allow for a creative approach and logical solutions that bring lasting change. My experiences include working as a professional social worker for over twenty years, domestic violence advocate, and for several years as sexual abuse clinician.
