We know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and we want therapy to feel like a place where you can simply be YOU! We offer a warm, honest, and down-to-earth approach without judgment or expectations about where you “should” be. With over 20 years of combined experience, we work with children through older adults and tailor therapy to the person sitting in front of us. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy in Worcester, MA, and telehealth in Connecticut.
We work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, relationship and family challenges, and major life changes. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so neither is our approach. We’ll meet you where you are with a mix of support, practical tools, honest feedback, and maybe even a little humor along the way.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Maybe you know exactly what you want to work on, or maybe you just know something needs to change.
