My approach toward my clients is always to offer my experience and training with warmth, authenticity, and humor as we work together to achieve your goals. Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and CBT allow me to offer a counseling process that reflects what is authentic about me and creates room for you to explore and invite change.
