Hi, My name is Sheryl and I am the owner of Brave Enough, LLC. I work with individuals of all ages but have more experience with grief/loss, women's and social justice issues, parenting strategies, and LGBTQIA+. I can also help you manage anxiety and depressive symptoms and work on executive dysfunction. I am currently accepting new clients on a waitlist, but have immediate openings for my associate and supervisee, Leah Coffman, who has the same training and special interests as me.
We provide solutions-focused, person-centered therapy, play therapy, parenting strategies, grief/loss, CBT, & DBT and have seen many individuals experience increased life satisfaction & less stress with these approaches. We promote diversity and inclusivity, honor all religious/spiritual backgrounds; enjoy existential/feminist/social justice conversations.
I know that starting therapy can be hard and scary. So, my goal is to create a safe space for you where you can feel heard. This is a judgement-free zone. I have been told that my "laid back" approach helps new clients ease into the whole process. Please reach out and ask questions. I am all ears. :)
