As your therapist my role will be as an empathetic and engaged coach, educator and motivator. Together we will explore CBT, mindfulness, trauma focused and experiential therapies in order to encourage the self confidence and energy necessary to manage life's predicaments. My job is to empower YOU.

My experience includes counseling adults, couples and families who face issues with alcohol/drug addiction, unresolved trauma, anger management, grief/loss and symptoms of anxiety or depression.
