Sheryl L. Grant, MA, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio
There comes a point in your life when you JUST KNOW that it is time to focus on your own emotional health. Deciding to come to therapy can feel both daunting and empowering at the same time. The type of therapy that I do is deeply collaborative. Together, we will embark on a journey of discovery, bringing into balance the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of your life. As a result, you will find that you have more choices and awareness around your feelings, reactions, and behaviors. You will experience a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
I specialize in young women & adolescent girls, helping them come more fully into their sense of themselves, develop meaningful relationships, and explore destructive patterns. I work with relationship issues, parenting, postpartum depression & eating disorders. Trained in Hakomi, Mindfulness, & BodyBased Psychotherapy, assisting clients in becoming deeply aware & conscious in their lives.
The most important component of successful therapy is feeling safe and connected with your therapist. I would be happy to discuss your concerns in a short phone call, which will help us know the next step. I look forward helping you to find more meaning and joy in your life.
