I am an experienced clinician who has been providing individual therapy for over 15 years. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach in the treatment of mental health issues. My ideal client is someone who is motivated and goal-oriented.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders. I really enjoy working on assertiveness training, communication skills building, stress management, and self-esteem building with my clients.
