Life can be hard sometimes and everything may feel like a struggle. I get it. Mental health matters. Working through trauma or anxiety or depression matters. You wouldn’t ignore a broken bone, right? I truly love my work and consider it an honor to be in a growth journey with my clients. I help my clients get to a place where life feels better, sometimes lighter, sometimes calmer. There is no one size fits all and everything is custom to need. I also offer walk/talk options in a park like setting, which is a great method for healing and health.
I have expertise in several areas to help you manage/overcome/accept various difficulties. I have 25 years of experience and education. I work mainly with adults, but will see an occasional older adolescent, upon request or referral. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, very much customized to individual need.
