I welcome the opportunity to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and addictions. My approach to counseling varies according to the client's individual needs and preferences. I have a broad base of training in different types of therapies, including EMDR and IFS, which allows me flexibility to choose research-based interventions that are most appropriate for each client. I am PsyPact Credentialed so can see clients via telehealth in any Psypact state. Office is walkable from NC State campus.
One of my specialties is helping Neurodiverse (ASD and/or ADHD) adults whether they are currently diagnosed or just exploring the idea that they may be part of this community. I also enjoy working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and/or addiction.
I provide a safe and comfortable environment where concerns, challenges and hopes for the future are collaboratively explored. My aim is to provide information, feedback, and support so that you can overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
