I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Maryland with nearly a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I primarily support adult women navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.
