Providing compassionate care to all of Florida via telehealth. Telehealth sessions are just as effective as in person therapy and have the added convenience of no travel to an office. I have more than 25 years experience providing clinical services such as individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychosocial counseling. My specific area of interest/expertise include ADHD, anxiety, depression, life adjustments, assertiveness, self-esteem, stress reduction, and workplace issues.
