Assertiveness Training Class
"Do you find that you can be perfectly assertive in some situations and feel totally ineffective in some other situations." "Do you recognize your legitimate rights?" "Do you believe that you have the right to say 'No." "Do you feel guilty when you say no?" In this class we will identify and challenge your mistaken assumptions that violate your personal rights. We will use experiential exercises and humor to increase your personal power as you increase your ability to be assertive in interpersonal situations.
