I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working in grief and addiction counseling with both individuals and in family settings. I work with both children and adults who are working through post-traumatic stress, attachment disorders, and ADHD management.
I use a collaborative approach to counseling that incorporates and empowers my clients to find their ability to meet their greatest level of resilience and positive outcomes. My approach to therapy incorporates Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused, Mindfulness and Play Therapy.
