About
I believe we can all benefit from help and support at one time or another in our lives, but taking that step can feel like a leap into the unknown. My aim is to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental space in which we collaborate together through the deeply meaningful process of growth and healing. I have trained in various therapeutic approaches, working with a wide range of emotional/behavioral issues to help children, families, and individuals uncover their own unique strengths and find solutions that will work for them.
My specialties include the Parent/Child relationship, helping to repair and nurture the bonds of connection which, over time, may have become problematic, damaged, or even broken. I have also worked a great deal with addiction issues, depression/anxiety, and the effects of trauma. Please feel free to call me with any questions or concerns you may have.
