I personally understand the strength and courage it requires to ask for help. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for you to work through the challenges you are facing. My commitment to you is to work with you collaboratively and compassionately as you reclaim your life, discover your meaning, and find fulfillment. My passion lies in supporting individuals, couples, kids and families as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I view each person as a unique individual, capable of navigating life’s challenges and discovering their own capacity for joy and purpose.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in existential and cognitive behavioral perspectives. Drawing from existential philosophy, I hope to help in exploring questions of meaning, authenticity, and freedom, helping them to uncover their deepest values and aspirations. Simultaneously, I integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques to address practical challenges.
I have evening availability right now. I like to provide free brief phone consultations prior to a first meeting. I find that it can be helpful to get a feel for one another before a session. I am passionate about this work. I would be honored to work with you. Text, email or call and I will be in touch shortly.
