When I speak with you on the phone for the first time my main goal is to put you at ease and to empower you to continue to move forward giving you support when needed. I am an EMDR International Association Certified Therapist with specialized training in complex trauma and nervous system regulation. I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by developmental trauma, chronic stress, or long-term emotional distress.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-Level II (CCTP-II), I use a phase oriented, integrative approach that emphasizes safety, stabilization, and deep healing. I combine EMDR therapy with somatic and attachment-focused interventions to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and to feel more grounded and in control.
