Welcome! If you are here, you or someone you care about is likely considering therapy. I understand that taking the first step and asking for help is not always easy, but I can tell you from personal and professional experience that once you begin your journey toward healing and self awareness you will begin to feel happier and more at peace. My hope is that you will discover your strengths, become more resilient, and find purpose and meaning in your life. My approach to therapy is eclectic and solution focused. My style is supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
The work that you do outside of therapy is equally important, so I will encourage you to spend some time each week reflecting on your feelings, using stress reduction techniques, and identifying and implementing healthy coping skills to promote growth and change. Together we will resolve the issues that are causing you to feel stuck.
