What About MOMMY?
Love being a new mom more...... Join other moms and babies in an opportunity for ongoing support and connection! Joining a group can help to answer questions, gain perspective, nurture friendships, reduce isolation, and enjoy interacting with your little one even more! The groups meet once a week for 6 weeks for a facilitated session with me.
Beyond Baby -Postpartum Depression for Mom's
This group is designed for women whom are new at mothering. A safe forum for you to begin to talk about some of the dramatic changes you are experiencing as you make this transition from womanhood to motherhood. Discussion topics include: Motherhood and your changing identity Intimacy issues with partner/Spouse Normal and not-so-normal mood changes, during the first year postpartum Mobilizing resources for support The necessity of self-care The developing attachment relationship between you and your baby. I am always open to discussing payment arrangements if that would be helpful.
