I specialize in working with families and couples with challenging dynamics as well as adults who've experienced trauma in their life. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is specifically used to treat the traumatized brain. I am also Gottman Method Level 2 trained which is a proven method for couples therapy.
