I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in their journeys toward health, wellness, and healing. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, older adults, and families both in person and via telehealth. I am certified in Trauma Therapy, and I am an Independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the state of Georgia.
I do my best work with clients who are ready to change, grow, and learn more about themselves. My typical clients are those who are having challenges with anxiety, depression, a history of trauma, and issues within their relationships.
The first thing I like to do with my clients is to build rapport and support their treatment plans and goals. I also provide what I call "homework" which are specific take-home tools to support my clients further in reaching their goals.
