Menopause Support Group with DBT
Hello ladies! Join us for Saturday morning coffee and DBT as we support your journey through menopause. This group is for anyone experiencing impacts of menopause, post menopause, perimenopause, and others who would like to learn DBT techniques to reduce stress and work toward a life worth living. This is a women's only group. Group DBT can be particularly empowering for women in midlife, as it offers both skills and peer support.
