If you are struggling with depression, anxiety and/or other unwanted symptoms that prevent you from living your best life, it is important to know there is hope.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I use an integrated approach including CBT, IFS/parts therapy, Somatic Therapy, and other evidenced-based models to treat symptoms of PTSD/C-PTSD. My focus is on healing past wounds and increasing your ability to manage life, work and relationships.
For couples, I use Gottman, EFT and SYMBIS to help build/rebuild strong and healthy relationships including conflict management, effective communication, restructure relational patterns, and create healthy connection and intimacy. I specialize in blended families, but work with a variety of couples. There is currently a 3-4 month waitlist for couples.
Clinical Supervision for LPC or LMFT registered associates is available upon request.
