My counseling approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods to support each client’s unique journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal empowerment.
Over the past 15 years, I have supported clients in their recovery from addiction, helped them develop emotional regulation skills for anger management and domestic violence, guided them in changing negative thought patterns and associated behaviors.
