I have 10+ years experience working with substance use disorders, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use different approaches including talk therapy, Yoga, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I also have an emotional support Cocker Spaniel who accompanies me and is happy to have all the petting.
My passion is hearing your story and helping guide you through life transitions more effectively and pulling out the tools you need to better understand your self, your trauma, and your change. I enjoy working with adults, with a range of presenting concerns and symptoms.
