Hey there! When "life be life'n" sometimes a listening ear, a little compassion and someone to walk alongside you in your journey towards health, wellness & balance is just what you need. As a therapist with years of experience in many forms of therapy, coaching and intervention, I am committed to partnering with clients in their times of deepest distress, grief, fear, sadness, confusion, frustration and all the other "stuff" that goes along with many life experiences.
