My focus is on the problem(s) YOU identify which need work. We'll talk about the obstacles to reaching your goal and then discuss ways to move beyond these blockages. Our sessions will address the trials, surprises and errors you find along the way to establish the confidence and peace of living one's truth.
Our work defines your strong points and your blind spots. We will talk about applying your best points as well as opening inner areas unnoticed by you so far. Our work supports you during the uncertainty of the unfamiliar while you create and grow fresh and happier ways to be and relate.
Anyone who wants to change, can! I'll encourage you to know your truth, respectful of pain you feel and may fear. Sessions are 80 minutes of time so we fully clarify details of the complex dynamic you'd like to open onto a new road. Save money! Our longer session means we meet every other week.
