Regardless of what may be keeping you from living your potential and your life dreams--whether it is fear, depression, anxiety, trauma, unresolved past issues, relationship challenges or not knowing what it is--you can find the path home that is right for you. My approach in working with you is holistic and strength-based, interactive and collaborative.
Because one size does not fit all, you can choose from and/or combine talk therapy with yoga and mindfulness practices to develop a wellness plan designed for your personal goals. I work with individuals from the Internal Family Systems model because it is strength based, not pathologizing and most importantly, it works extraordinarily well.
