My approach is Solution Focused and Positive Psychology. What that means is: We focus on the present, collaborate to develop a plan of how to address the issues, then work towards resolving the difficulties you are experiencing in your life. Verbalization precedes resolution.
I have been treating individuals with depression, anxiety, Bi Polar disorder and substance abuse for 20 yrs. I enjoy working with all types of individuals and their unique challenges.
I do bill Medicare with a supplemental plan, and IEHP. If you have another insurance I will give you a form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. There are advantages to, and not to use insurance for psychotherapy. I will gladly explain them.
