I am an Asian American therapist that is passionate about helping clients through issues related to interpersonal relationships, sex, and chronic pain. I have a curious mind and am eager to hear about your history and relationship dynamics. I believe that people are created to be in community with one another. I want to help clients foster healthy and fulfilling relationships. Sex and intimacy are integral to our romantic relationships and every couple can develop skills to feel more connected. I also work with clients who experience pelvic floor pain and other chronic symptoms that disrupt their daily functioning.
I love to discuss sex/intimacy with individuals and couples who have had either trauma or negative messages about sex from the church. I am a Christian and I know that people in certain church backgrounds have been hurt by purity culture. I also have extensive experience in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which helps people heal from chronic pain and symptoms.
I feel honored to get to hear about individuals' experiences, backgrounds, and dreams. My goal is to provide a safe place for individuals and couples to process anything that they struggle with, their most difficult thoughts, and come alongside them in celebrating the tiny joys that are often left unsaid.
