We start therapy due to situational stressors or an ongoing stressor, such as mood disorders, anxiety or depression. I have been providing guidance, coaching and understanding for over 9 years. Our brains as well as our bodies are complicated yet amazing! To maintain mind, body and spiritual balance is difficult, but not impossible, As a therapist, I have experience working with adults, teens, and children. I specialize in working with individuals with Trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD. My role, as a therapist is to support each client in learning how to listen and properly respond to their mind/bodies on a daily basis.
Science has taught us that dealing with various stressors take a toll on us mentally and physically. Our bodies/mind start to become tired/weak which leads to self-doubt, with-drawl from pleasure, guilt, worry and sadness. During sessions, we will develop goals and objectives, which will move you toward confidence, independence and inner quietness.
Together with dedication and trust within each other we will increase self confidence and Independence and decrease daily stressors. With decrease stressors you will have increased mental clarity, improved sleep and improved personal relationship.
