We all deserve to lead fulfilling lives yet we encounter challenges along the way. My passions are in perinatal mental health and empowering others so that they may realize their worth and become their best selves. Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of yourself, find meaning, or confront your vulnerabilities, I’m honored to support your transformation in a nurturing and compassionate manner. My approach allows me to embody values of empathy, acceptance, and authenticity as well as inspiring my clients to do the same for themselves. I am here to listen to your story and nurture your creation of the next chapter.
As an Asian American therapist, I believe strongly in culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed treatment. And I have a particular interest in supporting parents at this rewarding, yet challenging juncture in their life. Building insight to how one was parented can be relieving and clarifying towards our present experience.
I am so glad you are taking steps in your journey towards your best self and I look forward to meeting you. If you'd like to learn more about me or my practice, I encourage you to visit my website or send me an e-mail!

My approach to treatment is integrating the cultural and trauma informed frameworks with the relational/attachment lens. Oftentimes that means prioritizing trust-building & stabilization in initial treatment which is different for each person. You can expect acceptance and encouragement throughout as you learn, mourn, and emerge as your authentic self.

I see you through a person-centered and relational lens. So many of our present day challenges (e.g., relationships, work, self-esteem, etc.) have roots in the developmental experiences of our self and connectedness to others. I am flexible with integrating other modalities (e.g., attachment-focused EMDR, IFS parts work, etc). to facilitate processing and healing from traumatic experiences.
