Welcome! Life's burdens can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling isolated, stuck, or unsure where to turn. As a clinical social worker with more than 22 years of experience, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges related to anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem, substance use, life stressors, major life transitions, and more. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can gain insight into your struggles and move toward wholeness and inner peace.
I have received training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and PAIRS Relationship Counseling. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to their distress.
