I am a client-centered therapist who offers a compassionate and straightforward approach to therapy. My theoretical approach is eclectic, combining cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, gestalt therapy, and motivational interviewing.
