I am a dedicated, compassionate licensed professional therapist who is passionate about helping others in their healing process. My experience is providing counseling services to individuals, couples and families who are struggling with issues such as, chemical addiction, PTSD, depression, anxiety, sex addiction, Love addiction, codependency, intimacy issues, couples therapy, eating disorders, as well as other process addictions. I am also very open to help those of faith bring that into the healing process so they can heal at all levels. Mind, body and spiritual healing is vital to live an authentic life.
Therapy is collaborative and my sessions are tailored to best fit the needs and desires of each client. I am a certified sex addiction therapist, PIT trained by Pia Mellody, CBT, DBT, ACT, brain spotting, and experiential therapies. I believe healing through the use of a holistic approach is vital to begin living an authentic life.
My passion and motivation is to help individuals thrive in life. It is important that we each explore what is above and below the surface, what drives us, and what challenges us, so we can transform ourselves to live our authentic life.
