I work with children, adults and families. Individual experiences as well as experiences in a family system are unique.There are times in our lives that difficulties arise and unexpected life changes can leave us with feelings of hurt, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and more. Counseling is a powerful tool that can help us understand, cope, and move forward in ways that are productive, purposeful and meaningful. It is an honor to walk aside each client on their health journey. With client consent, my kindhearted golden doodle therapy dog, Cooper joins in sessions providing support and comfort.

Specialist, Certified Clinical Anxiety Specialist adult-child, SYMBIS PreMarriage Facilitator, Levels 1/2 Gottman Couples Therapy, and both Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and Positive Discipline Classroom Educator.
As a counselor, I have a heart for helping and a desire to foster hope in those struggling through life situations. I work collaboratively with each client develop goals and plans that are attainable, productive, and worthwhile for the client. I facilitate and embrace change in an atmosphere of supportiveness, genuineness, empathy, encouragement, and hope.
