I work with children, adults and families. Individual experiences as well as experiences in a family system are unique.There are times in our lives that difficulties arise and unexpected life changes can leave us with feelings of hurt, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and more. Counseling is a powerful tool that can help us understand, cope, and move forward in ways that are productive, purposeful and meaningful. It is an honor to walk aside each client on their health journey. With client consent, my kindhearted golden doodle therapy dog, Cooper joins in sessions providing support and comfort.
