Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT
She/Her/Hers
You are there for everyone. Whenever. Wherever. You spend so much time being there for others that there’s no room for yourself. And let’s be honest, you’d rather not think about that. Giving the outside world what it needs is easy. Giving that to yourself is hard. It’s painful. You feel so awkward and uncertain of who you are in the world. You’re drowning in the muck inside you with no way of knowing how to get out.
It takes a lot of courage to look at that muck inside and make sense of it. But you don’t have to do it alone. That’s where I come in. To help you untangle from all the feelings and beliefs you have about not being good enough, of being unwanted and unlovable so that you can experience a new way of being yourself.
I primarily work using your body's felt sense to help you connect with the you who has always been inside, wanting to be seen. If you would like to find out more, please feel free to visit my website at www.sherryatherapy.com. I’m located in Santa Monica and Tarzana, and would love to talk more about what therapy could look like for you.
