Hi, I'm Sherrie and I have been working in this field since 2003 with adults and children who have experienced trauma. It is important to me that you feel comfortable and accepted in order for you to open up and share things in your personal life that have been a struggle for you.

My goal is provide an atmosphere where you feel understood and hopeful. Each session you will begin to have more insight into yourself in order to make the changes that you need and desire. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process and together we will make decisions about how best to assist you in reaching your goals.
